Drop-In Support

This is your support page for Canvas, teaching, and our training options like Rapid Ready Training.

The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Design operates live virtual and physical drop-in support hours from 10AM to 3PM (MST), Monday through Friday. Our Instructional Design Support staff will be happy to help you solve a wide variety of issues in your Canvas course.

Virtual support hours take place via MS Teams for instructors looking for direct help with Canvas, Teams, or other tools related to online teaching. Physical drop-in offers the same support and is located in Admin Building 325.

Please Note: You can also send us an email or leave a voicemail outside the hours of 10AM and 3PM and we’ll get back with you within one business day.

Please note: Both virtual and physical drop-in support will be closed on July 4th and July 5th.


We are available virtually Monday-Friday, 10am to 3pm.

Feel free to drop in to virtual or in-person support for help with your course! In virtual, you will be taken to a live Microsoft Teams meeting where one of our Ready support staff will gladly assist you with any questions you may have.

Note: To fully assist you, you will need to make sure you’re logged into your MSU Denver account and not as a guest when joining us on Teams.

Outside of Drop-In Hours
