The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Design operates live virtual and physical drop-in support hours from 10AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday. Our Instructional Design Support staff will be happy to help you solve a wide variety of issues in your Canvas course.
Virtual support hours take place via MS Teams for instructors looking for direct help with Canvas, Teams, or other tools related to online teaching. Physical drop-in offers the same support and is located in Central Classroom 220.

Feel free to drop in to virtual or in-person support for help with your course! In virtual, you will be taken to a live Microsoft Teams meeting where one of our Ready support staff will gladly assist you with any questions you may have. For drop-in support in person, visit us at CN 220.
