Center for Teaching, Learning, and Design
- Visit the CTLD Ready Website for questions on how to use Canvas, MS Teams, YuJa, and integrated apps or for best practices for teaching online, and recieve live drop-in support.
Information Technology Services (ITS)
- Visit the ITS Portal for questions about troubleshooting software, hardware, and technologies; MSU Denver login credentials, or accessibility of publisher content. ITS can also create new Sandbox courses or Course Shells in Canvas.
Information Accessibility Group
- Contact the Instructional Accessibility Group with questions and concerns about content accessibility.
Your Chair
- Contact Your Department Chair with questions regarding your course sections or access.
