While the CTLD department doesn’t support technology in the classroom, we can point you in the right direction. From the ITS client portal, you can call their dedicated service desk number or submit a request for classroom tech assistance.
How do I record my in-person lectures?
If you would like to record your classroom lectures in person, we recommend requesting audio and video technology for your classroom with ITS well ahead of the time you need it. Please note: The CTLD currently does not assist with classroom recording requests.

While you can delete individual items from a Canvas course, you may want to delete everything in the course at once. This usually happens when a mistake is made while copying the course and the wrong material is imported. You can request that ITS reset your Canvas shell by using the Canvas Course Reset ticket.
