Just as on a desktop computer, you can schedule recurring meetings for your students using the MS Teams mobile app. In this tutorial, you will learn how to create recurring meetings from your phone or tablet.
Directions
- Open the Teams App.
- Select the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
- If Calendar icon is not an option:
- Select the More Options Menu (three dots).
- Choose Calendar.
- If Calendar icon is not an option:
- Select the + Calendar Event icon in the upper-right or lower-right corner of the screen.
- Invite individual Participants to the meeting.
- Click Add Participants.
- Select the Names of people you wish to invite.
- Click the Checkmark in the upper-right corner.
- Or invite a Channel to the meeting.
- Click Share to a Channel.
- Click OK if a notification appears.
- Select the Channel you wish to add.
- Adjust the Day and time for the meeting.
- Click Repeat.
- Select the meeting Frequency (for example, choose Every Week for a meeting that recurs weekly).
- Adjust other Settings, as desired.
- Click the Checkmark in the upper-right corner when done.
- Locate your Meeting in the calendar to confirm that it was created successfully.
