Sometimes the best way to reach your students is with a video from you, their instructor. Other resources are great, but your presence in the course makes it even more unique and meaningful to the students. You can use videos to make announcements/updates, lectures, or walkthroughs of assignments. One of the best tools for this is YuJa, as it can be easily embedded anywhere in Canvas that uses the Rich Content Editor (RCE).
You can create videos directly in YuJa using the YuJa Video Capture Software, or if you recorded a video using another platform, such as a recorded Teams meeting, you can upload video files to YuJa.
Once your video is ready, you can share it with students in Canvas. See our tutorial, Embed Videos from YuJa, for more guidance.
